Since our inception in 1974, Modimaz Engineers have always endeavored to be the best manufacturer of Electromagnetic clutches and brakes in India. We are one of the few companies in India to have designed and developed the entire range of Electromagnetic Clutches and Brakes, in-house. The in-house design and development facility has given us an unmatched knowledge base for developing many intricate solutions and designing custom built products for such diverse applications as Multi-Barrel Rocket Launchers to Nuclear Power Reactors and many types of SPMs, to new generation Gearless Elevator Drive Systems.

In the year 2000, we forged a new partnership with M/s Temporiti Srl of Italy and established our sister concern M/s Mod.E-Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Temporiti, one of the biggest names in European Electromagnetic Brakes and Power Transmission market, has helped launch the most advanced AC Fail Safe Brakes, available in the world and also the most advanced Fail Safe Brakes for New Generation High Speed, Gearless Passenger Elevator drives, in the Indian market. This association has allowed us to introduce the largest range of the most advanced Electromagnetic AC and DC Fail Safe Brakes in the Indian Market.

From the year 2009 onwards we have taken a further step to cement our place as one of the foremost manufacturers of Electromagnetic Clutches and Brakes in India, by introducing the complete range of MultiDisc and Tooth Clutches in the Indian Market. These Wet-Type and Dry Type Clutches can be used as direct replacement for many International clutch brands like Siemens/ZF, Ortlinghaus, Stromag, Heid, Telcomec, Monninghoff, Cugir etc. With excellent quality and performance majority of our production is exported to the European market.
