These brakes are widely used in Machine Tool industry and used in various types of machines, such as Milling Machines, Boring Machines, Lathe machines Etc. The brakes are also used for various SPMs and for automation as well. Multi-Disc Brakes provide a very torque for the size of the brake.

These are all DC voltage operated clutches, with standard operating voltage of 24 V DC. Other voltages can also be offered on request. The Multi-Disc construction allows the brakes to operate in Oil Immersed condition also. The salient features of our brakes are: - Brake plates made from High Grade Spring Steel, specially Hardened for long life and low wear rate.
- Brake Plates made on sophisticated laser cutting machines, for unmatched accuracy and performance.
- Brake Plates with low wear friction liner bonded on steel plates also offered, for dry running brakes.
- Epoxy potted vibration proof coil, with F-class insulation.
- Available in both Stationary field coil and slipring based designs.
- Direct replacement for imported brakes such as Siemens, Oertlinghaus, Stromag, Binder Magnet, MWM etc.
