'Temporiti' T-series 3-Phase AC fail safe brakes are based on the widely used AC fail safe design in the world. These brakes are ideally suited for use with Cranes and Hoists, and for construction machinery equipment, like Bar Bending Machines etc.
Salient Features: - Aluminium Pressure Die Cast Body
- Possible to use with TEFC motors, with a through shaft through the brake for fan mounting.
- Very compact design as compared to all other AC Fail Safe Brakes available in India.
- Epoxy Resin Bonded vibration proof coil, with F-Class insulation
- Manual Release can be provided when the brake is not to be used with a through shaft, or when the motor Fan precedes the brake.
- Continuos Duty Operation, the brake can remain 'ON', continuously for hours together and can be operated morethen 1,500 times per hour.
- Extremely fast operating times of <10msec.
- Direct acting 3-phase brake, without any solenoids or linkages.
- Can be supplied as a complete BRAKE MOTOR also, with motors from some of leading motor manufacturers in India.
- Torque range from 5 Nm to 150 Nm.
- CE, UL and CSA certified design.
- Very Simple construction, enabling easy setting.
- Adjustable torque design.
